Many key features highlight this trailer.  For example, the mechanical room holds a large freshwater tank is installed.  Along with a fresh tank, a city water connection provides water to the showers. Also, included with the tank, an auto shutoff controls filling the freshwater tank.  With a float built into the fresh tank, the water supply remains continuous.  Therefore, it is not necessary to turn of the fresh tank water supply filling the fresh tank.  Correspondingly, a large waste holding tank collects the grey water.   

The larger the trailer, then the larger the waste holding tank included.  Importantly, the grey water tank must be dumped before moving the trailer.  When filled with wastewater the trailer becomes overloaded. The water weight greatly affects the handling of the trailer when being towed.   While the wastewater tank dumps from a hitch end connection, a bottom dump valve installs below the waste tank.
